We believe in the power of what we call satellite teamwork. Satellites, or highly driven and explorative individuals, search for themselves and share the knowledge to take people and projects to the next level. The search for satellite never ends.
Our search is one for executive and emerging talents, primarily in Sweden, the US and the Middle East, to connect them with those who are searching for them – or those who didn’t even know who they were looking for.

We’re no psychologists, but we will ask you to reflect on your past and your current situation to then together shape your personal road map to your destination.

Our work is all about connecting people with prospects. So what are your connections and what connections do they lead to? Whether professional or personal, we will support you in an individual chart to navigate with for new partnerships with the people and situations that lead to concrete possibilities.

Obviously, we don’t claim to see into the future. However, we do look long and hard into current situations and perspectives that make up the playing field for society’s – and your – next move. We can start seeing your situation over today, if you’ve made up your mind to seek out your tomorrow.

Change is the only constant, they say. We fully agree. We know how to handle changes and make them work to your favour. And we know how to be the driving force behind changing the game.
